Video/Tele Consultation Appointment booking via Care

  • Click the “+ Create Appointment” button from the dashboard as highlighted in the below image.

  • Or you can click the Clinics/Doctors option in the left side panel under the Services heading, as highlighted in the below image.

  • The Clinics/Doctors screen will appear as shown below.

  • There are two tabs: “Doctors” and “Clinics”. Appointments can be booked using either of them.

1. How to Book a Video/Tele Consultation Appointment via the Doctors tab in Care?

  • Go to the Doctors tab, as highlighted in the below image.

  • This tab will display the list of doctors for both physical and video/tele consultations as seen below.

  • You can search the doctors by using filters: Search by speciality, search by clinic, and/or by selecting booking option, as highlighted in the above image. 
  • The doctors who are available for video consultation will have a “Book Video Consultation” button in front of their names. 
  • For booking a video consultation, it is better to filter the results by selecting the “Book Video Consultation” option, as highlighted below. After selecting the filter option, click the “Apply Filters” button.

  • The list of doctors available for video consultation will appear.
  • Click the “Book Video Consultation” button in front of the doctor’s name with whom you want to book a video consultation appointment, as highlighted in the below image.

  • A right side panel will appear, as shown below.

  • Or click the “View” button in front of the doctor’s name with whom you want to book an appointment. It will display the doctor’s profile with a right side panel to book an appointment, as seen in the below image.

  • Select Booking Option as Book Video Consultation in the right side panel if booking from the View button. Directly clicking the “Book Video Consultation” button from the doctor’s listing page will automatically select the “Book Video Consultation” by default.
  • The price for the consultation is displayed at the bottom right corner in the right panel.
  • Select Day, part of the Day and Time in the right side panel.
  • Click the “Schedule” button, as highlighted in the below image.

  • A modal will appear as shown below.

  • Select the patient (owner or family member/dependant), or add a family member/dependant for whom the appointment is required to be scheduled (if not added before from Settings), as shown below.

  • Enter the reason for appointment.
  • Click the “Proceed” button as highlighted below.

  • A modal will appear for payment details informing that the payment is required to be paid via card, as shown below.

  • Click the ”Book Appointment” button, as highlighted in the above image.
  • A modal will open displaying the appointment details and payable amount, as shown below.

  • Enter your card number. Once you start writing the card number, a field will display to enter the card expiry in the same row, as shown in the below image.

  • Enter the card expiry and click the Pay button.
  • A below modal will appear.

  • Click the ”OK” button, as highlighted in the above image.
  • The appointment will be booked successfully.

2. How to Book a Video/Tele Consultation Appointment via the Clinics tab in Care?

  • Go to the Clinics tab, as highlighted in the below image.

  • This tab will display the list of clinic names as shown below.

  • Click the “View” button in front of the clinic’s name for the one you want to see the details and book an appointment, as highlighted in the below image.

  • The clinic’s information will be displayed including the list of doctors available in that clinic, as shown below.

  • To view the doctor’s profile click the “View Profile” button for the respective doctor, available below their name and speciality, as highlighted in the below image.

  • The doctor’s profile will be opened and a right side panel will be displayed to book an appointment.

  • Select Booking Option as Book Video Consultation in the right side panel.
  • The price for the consultation is displayed at the bottom right corner in the right panel.
  • Select Day, part of the Day and Time in the right side panel.
  • Click the “Schedule” button, as highlighted in the below image.

  • A modal will appear as shown below.
