How to Update the Status of Orders?

  • As mentioned in the Pre-requisites, go to the Orders screen from the doctor account.
  • Click on the view icon button as highlighted in the below image.



  • The orders associated with the encounter will be displayed as shown in the below image.



  • To update the status, click on the dropdown menu in the Status column and select the status (Pending, Ongoing, Completed, or Cancelled), as seen below.



  • The status will be updated as shown below.



  • The updated status will also be reflected in the orders from the admin account, as shown in the image below.
