- Go to EMR from the nav bar and click on patients, or you can select directly from the dashboard of the Doctor account.
- A below-mentioned screen will appear.
- Now click on the queue encounter option available in front of each patient.
- Click on the queue encounter button.
- A dialog box will appear as shown below.
- Write the reason.
- Select a doctor with a dental specialty.
- Select the payment type.
- Select the visit source, medical ward, and medical service from the available option.
- Click on save.
- A new encounter will be queued and can be viewed in the in-queue tab of encounters. (check pre-requisites for detailed information).
- Now, the doctor can view the encounter in the in-queue tab. Go to the in-queue tab from the doctor’s account.
- To start encounters, go to the encounters from the navbar.
- Go to the in-queue tab.
- A screen will appear as shown below.
- Click on the play button available in the actions column as shown in the aforementioned image.
- A new encounter will start.
- For dental encounters, the doctor will view the odontogram on the nav bar as shown in the below-mentioned image.
- This will take doctors to the odontogram section as shown below.
