- Go to the Care/ Patient Portal dashboard screen as described in the pre-requisites of Care Account Registration.
- Click the “Login” button as highlighted in the below image.
- The login screen will open as shown below.
- Enter valid email and password.
- Click the “Login” button as highlighted in the below image.
- The patent will be logged in to the account, as shown below.
