How to enable an encounter configuration?

First of all, select the doctor for which you want to enable an encounter configuration.
Click on the edit button.

Click on the toggle button to enable the specific encounter configuration and then press the save button available in the top right corner of the screen as mentioned in the below-mentioned image.
