- Open encounter screen.
- From the Right-most navigation bar, select Present Illness as shown below.
- The medic will take medical staff(s) to the present illness section as shown in the image below.
- Medic will show the medical staff(s) currently added review of the system.
- Now to edit, change the text available in the text box as shown in the image.
- Now after editing, press the save button available at the end of the segment.
