How to edit Medical Reports?

Go to the Medical Report segment as described in the pre-requisite section.
Click the “Edit Medical Report” button as highlighted in the below image.

The below modal will appear.

Edit the medical report.
Click the “Save button”.
The medical report will be edited as shown below.
