- Open encounter screen (Refer to the Pre-requisites for further assistance).
- From the right-side navigation bar, select immunization as shown below.
- The medic will take users to the immunization section as shown in the image below.
- Click on the edit button from the action tab.
- A dialog box will appear.
- Edit the fields that the medical staff wants to change.
- Click on the save button.
- The medic will save the edited information.
