- Open encounter screen.
- From the Right-most navigation bar, select immunizations as shown below.
- The medic will take users to the immunization section as shown in the image below.
- Click on the Edit Immunization button.
- A dialog box will appear as shown in the image.
- Edit the fields that the medical staff wants to change.
- Click on the save button.
- The medic will save the edited information.
