Skip to content
- Open encounter screen.
- From the right-most navigation bar, select Present Illness as shown below.
- The medic will take medical staff(s) to the present illness section as shown in the image below.
- Medic will show the medical staff(s) currently added subjective symptoms.
- Now to delete the currently added subjective symptoms, remove the text from the subjective symptoms’ text box as shown in the image below.
- Press the save button.
- The medic will delete the presently added subjective symptoms.
