Skip to content
- Open encounter screen (Refer to the Pre-requisites for further assistance).
- From the right-side navigation bar, select diagnostics as shown below.
- Medic will take you to the diagnostics segment as shown in the image below.
- From the left navigation bar select Procedure as shown in the image below.
- Medic will take you to the procedure segment as shown in the above image.
- Now to delete the procedure, select the remove button as shown in the image below.
- Medic will delete the procedure from the encounter (Refer to the constraints for detailed understanding)
