- Open encounter screen (Refer to the Pre-requisites for further assistance).
- From the right-side navigation bar, select diagnostics as shown below.
- From the left navigation bar select Imaging as shown in the image below.
- Medic will display the imaging segment as shown in the image below.
- Now to delete the imaging test, select the remove button as shown in the image below.
- Medic will delete the imaging test from the encounter.
