From the Right – most navigation bar, select Present Illness as shown below.
The medic will take medical staff(s) to the present illness section as shown in the image below.
Medic will show the medical staff(s) currently added history of present illness.
Now to delete the currently added history of present illness, remove the text from the history of present illness’ text box as shown in the image below.
Press the save button.
The medic will delete the presently added history of the present illness.
