How to Add Utilities to the Invoice?

  • Go to the Invoices screen as described earlier in the Pre-requisites.
  • Click on the Complete Details option from the Actions column, as shown below.



  • The medic will display the below screen. Any utility such as: Labs, Imagings, Procedures, or Drugs, added during an encounter, will become available on this screen. The consultation fee (for consultative encounters) also becomes available under the Services & Products section.



  • To add any utility (Services & Products, Labs, Imagings, Procedures, Drugs), go to the respective utility’s section.
  • Click the Add button, as highlighted in the below image.



  • The medic will add a row, as shown below.



  • Start writing the Name; Medic has all the utilities fed into the system, as one starts writing it will start showing suggestions.
  • Select the Name from the suggestion.
  • Add its Quantity.
  • Click on the Actions icon button (3 dots) available in front of the row and select the Done option, as highlighted in the below image.



  • Medic will add the utility to the invoice, as shown below.
