- Open Encounter screen (Refer to the Pre-requisites for further assistance).
- From the right- most navigation bar, select Treatment as shown below.
- The medic will take the users to the Treatment segment as shown in the image below.
- There are two types of Treatment that the medic offers: Instructions and Treatment Plan. Select the tab from the left navigation bar as highlighted in the image below.
- Now to add treatment instructions or plan from the Clinic Favourite tab, click on the Clinic Favourite tab as highlighted below.
- Clicking the Clinic Favourite tab will open a screen from the right, partially overlaying the current screen and displaying the clinic’s favourite instructions or plan, as shown in the image below. It will only show the instructions or plans that were added by the admin/manager to the clinic’s favourites.
- Now, to add the clinic’s favourite, click the Add To Encounter button available at the end of the row as highlighted in the image below.
- A pop-up will display at the bottom-right for successful addition, as highlighted in the below image.
- The treatment instructions or plan from the clinic’s favourite tab will be added to the current encounter, as seen below.
