From the right most navigation bar, select Present Illness as shown below.
The medic will take you to the Present Illness segment.
Go to the Subjective Symptoms section as shown in the image below.
Now to access the past subjective symptoms, click the past tab as shown in the image below.
Clicking the past tab will open a screen from the right, partially overlaying the current screen and displaying the past subjective symptoms, as shown in the image below. It will only show the subjective symptoms that were added by the doctor to the same patient in his/her past encounters.
Now to add past subjective symptoms to the current encounter, press the “Add to Encounter” button, present at the end of each row as highlighted in the image below.
A pop-up will display at the bottom-right for successful addition, as shown below.
The subjective symptom from the past will be added to the current encounter, as seen below.
