How to add Subject Symptoms from the Clinic Favourite tab?
Open encounter screen.
From the right most navigation bar, select Present Illness as shown below.
The medic will take you to the Present Illness segment.
Go to the Subjective Symptoms section as shown in the image below.
Now to add subjective symptoms from the Clinic Favourite tab, click on the “Clinic Favourite” tab as highlighted below.
Clicking the Clinic Favourite tab will open a screen from the right, partially overlaying the current screen and displaying the clinic’s favourite subjective symptoms, as shown in the image below. It will only show the subjective symptoms that were added by the admin/manager to the clinic’s favourites.
Now, to add the clinic’s favourite, press the “Add to Encounter” button available at the end of the row as highlighted in the image below.
A pop-up will display at the bottom-right for successful addition, as shown below.
The subjective symptom from the clinic’s favourite tab will be added to the current encounter, as seen below.
