How to Add Services and Products from the Past Tab?
Open encounter screen (Refer to the Pre-requisites for further assistance).
From the right-side navigation bar, select diagnostics as shown below.
Medic will take you to the diagnostics segment as shown in the image below.
From the left navigation bar select Services and Products as shown in the image below.
Medic will display the services and products segment as shown in the image below.
Go to the past tab from the section’s navigation bar as shown in the image below.
The past tab only shows services/products which were added by the doctor to the same patient in his/her past encounters.
Now to add past services/products to the current encounter, press the add from the past button, present at the end of each row as highlighted in the image below.
The service/product from the past will be added to the incumbent encounter.
