How to add Services and Products from the Clinic Favourite tab?
Open encounter screen.
From the Right – most navigation bar, select diagnostics as shown below.
The medic will take you to the diagnostics segment as shown in the image below.
From the left navigation bar select services and products as shown in the image below.
Now to add a service or product from the Clinic Favourite tab, click on the “Clinic Favourite” tab as highlighted below.
Clicking the Clinic Favourite tab will open a screen from the right, partially overlaying the current screen and displaying the clinic’s favourite services and products, as shown in the image below. It will only show the services and products that were added by the admin/manager to the clinic’s favourites.
Now, to add the clinic’s favourite, press the add icon button available at the end of the row as highlighted in the image below.
A pop-up will display at the bottom-right for successful addition, as shown below.
The service or product from the clinic’s favourite tab will be added to the current encounter, as seen below.
