- Open encounter screen.
- From the right-most navigation bar, select Histories as shown below.
- The medic will take you to the Medical History segment as shown in the image below.
- Now to add Procedure History, change the tab as highlighted below.
- Click on the add button as shown below.
- A new dialog box will appear.
- Fill in the relevant information.
- Press the save button.
- The medic will display the newly added procedure history on the encounter screen as shown below.
