From the right most navigation bar, select Present illness as shown below..
The medic will take you to the Present Illness segment.
Go to the History of Present Illness section, as shown in the image below.
Go to the Past tab from the History of Present Illness section’s navigation bar as shown in the image below.
Clicking the past tab will open a screen from the right, partially overlaying the current screen and displaying the past history of present illness, as shown in the image below. It will only show the history of present illness that were added by the doctor to the same patient in his/her past encounters.
Now to add past history of present illness to the current encounter, press the “Add to Encounter” button, present at the end of each row as highlighted in the image below.
A pop-up will display at the bottom-right for successful addition, as shown below.
The history of present illness from the past will be added to the current encounter, as seen below.
