- Go to the Cards tab as described in the pre-requisites section.
- Click the “Upload Card” button under the Insurance Card heading as highlighted below.
- The medic will open a modal as shown in the below image.
- Upload the front and back image of the insurance card and click the “Upload” button as highlighted in the above image.
- The Medic will save the insurance card of the patient.
