Go to the information leaflets as described in the Pre-requisites.
Press the “Send Leaflet” button as highlighted below.
Select the “Select From Template” option from the drop down menu of the “Send Leaflet” button.
The medic will display a new dialog box as shown below.
Select Doctor (Optional), Patient’s Phone Number, Information Leaflets Template, and Patient’s Email Address. When one starts writing an Information Leaflets Template, the medic will start showing suggestions for the Information Leaflets Template that are saved in medic from Settings > Information Leaflets Template. Select the Information Leaflets Template from the suggestion.
Press the Save button.
A pop-up will display at the bottom-right for successful upload of information leaflet to patient profile, as shown below.
The medic will add an information leaflet, as shown below.
