- Open encounter screen.
- From the right-most navigation bar, select immunizations as shown below.
- The medic will take users to the immunization section as shown in the image below.
- Click on the add button.
- A new dialog box will appear as shown in the image below.
- Enter all the information. (Refer to the constraints for further details).
- Press the save button.
- The medic will display the newly added immunization on the encounter screen as shown below.
