From the right- most navigation bar, select Chief Complaint as shown below.
The medic will take users to the chief complaint segment as shown in the image below.
Now to access the past chief complaints, click the past tab as shown in the image below.
Clicking the past tab will open a screen from the right, partially overlaying the current screen and displaying the past chief complaints, as shown in the image below. It will only show the chief complaints that were added by the doctor to the same patient in his/her past encounters.
Now to add past chief complaints to the current encounter, press the “Add to Encounter” button, present at the end of each row as highlighted in the image below.
A pop-up will display at the bottom-right for successful addition, as shown below.
The chief complaint from the past will be added to the current encounter, as seen below.
