- Open encounter screen.
- From the Right-most navigation bar, select allergies as shown below.
- The medic will take you to the allergies segment as shown in the image below.
- By default, there will be no allergies. Now to add allergies, click on the Add button available in the top right corner.
- This will open a new dialog box as shown below.
- Enter the relevant information.
- Click on save.
- Newly added allergies can be viewed under the allergy section.
