- Encounter notes refers to the history of the given patient’s past encounter details. Encounter notes depict chief complaints, allergies, immunizations, drugs, imaging, procedures, services and products, drugs, and prescriptions.
- In the encounter screen, the encounter notes tab presents all encounter notes of that patient.
