The first name and last name fields are mandatory to register the patient.
The phone number is a mandatory field as well. The phone number should also be unique. Two patients cannot have the same phone number. Also, the pattern of the phone number should also match the mentioned format which is (503456789).
The given email should be a valid email address.
The patient should have excess to that email and phone number as he/she needs to enter the OTP code which he/she will receive via email and phone number.
Password and Confirm Password are also mandatory fields.
Only the owner of the household/ family should register using the signup page.
Do not use the signup page for family members or dependants. Once the owner has registered, they can add family members through the “Manage Family” option in the Settings page. Dependants/family members can be added when scheduling an appointment with a doctor.
