Constraints

How to add problems:

• Only doctors and nurses can add problems.
• Medical staff can only add problems suggested by the Medic. Medical staff cannot add problems by themselves.
• The comment field in the add problem dialog box is optional.

How to edit problems:

• Only doctors and nurses can edit problems.
• Medical staff can only add problems suggested by the Medic. Medical staff cannot add problems by themselves.
• The problem code cannot be edited.
• The comment field in the add problem dialog box is optional.

How to delete problems:

• Only doctors and nurses can delete problems.
