How to add Family History:

• Only doctors and nurses can add the family history.
• For the family history dialog box, the comment is an optional field.
• Doctors and nurses can only add diagnoses suggested by the Medic. Medical staff cannot add diagnoses by themselves.

How to add Social History:

• Only doctors and nurses can add the social history.
• For the social history dialog box, the comment is an optional field.
• Doctors and nurses can only add social habits suggested by the Medic. Medical staff cannot add social habits by themselves.

How to add Procedure History:

• Only doctors and nurses can add the procedure history.
• For the procedure history dialog box, the description is an optional field.
• Doctors and nurses can only add procedures suggested by the Medic. Medical staff cannot add procedures by themselves.

How to edit Histories:

• Only doctors and nurses can edit the family history.
• For the family history dialog box, the comment is an optional field.
• For the procedure history dialog box, the description is an optional field.
• Doctors and nurses can only add procedures/diagnoses suggested by the Medic. Medical staff cannot add procedures/diagnoses by themselves.

How to delete histories:

• Only doctors and nurses can delete histories.
