Multi-Claim Provider

  • The Multi-Claim Provider feature allows the clinic to serve both Dubai Insurance (DHA) and Riayati patients within the same system.
  • With this feature, the clinic can:
    • Add patient details by selecting whether the patient is covered under Dubai Insurance or Riayati.
    • Generate eRx (electronic prescriptions) for both DHA and Riayati insurance patients.
    • Submit eClaims separately for both Dubai and Riayati insurance types.
    • Automatically view the appropriate drug list during encounters — the MOH drug list will appear for Riayati insurance patients, and the DHA drug list will appear for Dubai insurance patients.
  • This feature helps clinics efficiently manage patients with different insurance providers, ensuring smooth claim submission, accurate drug selection, and prescription handling for both Dubai and Riayati cases.
