Open encounter screen (Refer to the Pre-requisites for further assistance).
From the right-side navigation bar, select Diagnostics as shown below.
Medic will take you to the Diagnostics segment as shown in the image below.
From the left navigation bar select Services and Products as shown in the image below.
Medic will display the services and products segment as shown in the image below.
Now to add a service or product, press the Add button as shown below.
Medic will create a new row as shown in the image below.
The nurses need to write the name of the services or products that they want to add to encounters. As they start writing, the medic will start giving them suggestions. (Refer to the constraints for detailed information)
After selecting the services or products, the nurse can write instructions as shown in the image below. (Refer to the constraints for detailed information)
Press the Done button as highlighted in the aforementioned image.
Medic will add the services or product to the encounter as shown in the image below.
