- Open encounter screen (Refer to the Pre-requisites for further assistance).
- From the right-side navigation bar, select immunization as shown below.
- Medic will take users to the immunization section as shown in the image below.
- Click on the add button.
- A new dialog box will appear as shown in the image below.
- Enter all the information.
- Press the save button.
- The medic will display the newly added immunization on the encounter screen as shown below.
