- Go to the Care/ Patient Portal as described in the pre-requisites and click the “SignUp” button as highlighted in the below image.
- You can also click the “SignUp” button from the care dashboard screen (described in the pre-requisites), as highlighted in the below image.
- Clicking the “Sign Up” button will open the below screen.
- Fill the fields and click the Next button.
- The OTP will be sent to the patient’s email address and phone number.
- After entering the OTP, the registration will be completed for the patient.
