How to enable/disable SMS for specific events/conditions?
Go to Marketing from the navbar and select Automations List from Automations, as highlighted below.
You can also select Automations List from Automations in the Marketing module directly from the dashboard, as highlighted below.
Medic will display the Automation List screen as shown below.
To allow the system to send messages for specific events, enable the toggle button for that event or condition. If you don’t want messages to be sent, disable the toggle button to stop sending messages for that event. The toggle buttons are highlighted in the image below.
