Go to the Configurations screen as mentioned in the Pre-requisites section.
Click the “Merge Patient” button available in front of the Patient Merge heading as highlighted in the below image.
The below modal will appear.
The Source Patient is the patient name whose record will be merged into the destination patient.
The Destination Patient is the patient name whose record will stay. All data from the source patient (like encounters, utilities, prescriptions) will be transferred to this record.
Enter the source patient and destination patient names. Once you start writing the names of patients in these fields, Medic will display suggestions, select the patient name from it.
Click the “Merge” button.
The source and destination patients records will be merged.
