Go to the Invoices screen as described earlier in the Pre-requisites.
Click on the Complete Details option from the Actions column, as shown below.
The medic will display the below screen. Any utility such as: Labs, Imagings, Procedures, or Drugs, added during an encounter, will become available on this screen. The consultation fee (for consultative encounters) also becomes available under the Services & Products section.
To make a payment, scroll down the page to the Total section, as seen below.
Click the Pay button, as highlighted above.
A modal will open, as seen below.
Enable the toggle button for Card payment. By default, it is enabled for Cash payment. When enabled for cards, there will be an additional field to enter the card number, as seen below.
Enter the amount.
Click the Save button
A pop-up will display at the bottom-right for successful invoice saved, as shown below.
The invoice will appear in the Closed tab after the payment is fully completed.
To view it, go to the Closed tab by clicking the button on the Invoices screen, as highlighted in the below image.
Select the View Invoice option from the Actions column, as highlighted in the below image.
The paid invoice can be seen with its receipt, as shown below.
Partial payment can also be recorded which will remain in the Open tab until the payment is fully completed, as in the below image. The amount paid and total amount will also be displayed.
