There are three types of histories which are family history, social history, and procedure history, and all three types of histories can be edited using the same below-mentioned steps.
Open encounter screen.
From the right-most navigation bar, select Histories as shown below.
The medic will take you to the histories segment as shown in the image below.
Select the type of history from the segment’s navigation bar as shown above.
Now to edit any entry, select the edit button available under the action(s) tab.
