- Encounters can be cancelled from In Queue tab, Current Tab, Today Tab, and Upcoming Tab. (To switch tabs refer to the Pre-requisites section).
- From any of the aforementioned tabs, press the Cancel Encounter option as shown in the image below.
- Click on the icon; the medic will ask for the reason for the cancellation.
